Thank you for participating in a USTA Middle States sanctioned junior tournament this past week.

USTA MS Junior Competition Department is striving to make the tournament experience rewarding, and your feedback of your tournament experience is important to us.

SCHEDULING COURT ALLOTMENT - The proper allotment of courts for the tournament draw size to ensure the tournament's completion within the proper rest requirements and time requirements mandated by USTA Middle States section rules

SITE - The Tournament Director or a designated assistant was in attendance during the entire duration of the tournament to ensure that the tournament was running properly and the safety of all players an spectators.

HOSPITALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE/AWARDS - Court Monitors were utilized. Practice courts were made available, and on-site racquet stringer was available and local restaurant information provided. If inclement weather forced indoor play, the backup facility was noted on web page.
