What data will I receive?
This depends on what criteria you select or ask for on the next page. If you request an email list for an email sent via iModules, for example, you will receive the basic information needed by iModules. Other requests are typically built to suit the needs of the requestor.
How long will it take to receive my information?
The standard turnaround is four business days. However, extenuating circumstances may sometimes delay this timeframe. Please be patient as situations often arise, and as much advance notice as possible for requests is appreciated. In emergency situations, information may be provided sooner. This is not guaranteed, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please call us at 865-974-4153 if there is an emergency that needs immediate attention.
Who can request a report?
ANDI information is typically requested by current ANDI users and UT Foundation employees. Other constituents should have a valid and current confidentiality form on file before information is shared. Please contact Advancement Services at email@example.com if this applies to you.
How do I know what to ask for?
We will make every effort to contact the requestor to clarify the request in the event of any confusion. In order to avoid a delay in processing, please be as specific as possible. If you have made a similar request before, please reference that request number or date in the request form. It is always helpful for us to be able to reference previous similar requests.
