Bolts placed too close to the edge of a part, where you can't get a wrench or socket on them once fully assembledHoles placed too close to the edge of a part, causing a material or structural failure, after being madeAn inaccurate tap drill size being used (compared to nominal size), meaning the final hole size and location of a threaded fastener may change.
