This Agreement is between The Virginia Association of Fairs (VAF) and the Exhibitors requesting space during the 2026 VAF Conference. By submitting an application, you agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations governing this Exposition as printed hereof and which are a part of this agreement.The VAF is not responsible for any loss or damage to Exhibitor’s person or property.
The Exhibitor Booth fee includes membership for the VAF for 2026 and a total of 2 persons (regardless of how many spaces) working in the Exhibitor Booth. A nominal fee of $40 will be charged for each additional guest (excluding bands).
Set-Up for the Exhibitors will be:
Friday, January 9th, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Saturday, January 10th, 7:30 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Exhibitor hours for the 2026 Conference will be:
Friday, January 9th, 3 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday, January 10th, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Only one company per exhibit booth. Sharing booths is not permitted and will be enforced. One 6' table and 2 chairs are provided with each space.
Pricing as follows:
10' x 8' without electric: $400 | 10' x 8' with electric: $450
Additional tables: $40 each
