2025 Campsite Agreement

$500.00 non-refundable Campsite Lot Deposit and/or $100.00 non-refundable Boat Slip Deposit are due on or before October 1st to secure your spot for the 2024 season. All deposits must be received by October 1st. Please fill out & return the form below with deposit, a receipt & invoice will be emailed after receiving both.

Campsite Rate Includes: Electric (up to $300.00), Water, Sewer, & Garbage

(Any electric bills in excess of $300.00 will be billed the difference at the end of the season)

I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valhalla Campground LLC, its owners, employees, independent contractors, staff, volunteers, advisors, and agents from all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with my usage of the grounds, equipment, or facilities. This includes any such Claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of Valhalla Campground LLC. I agree not to sue regarding any claim that I, my family, heirs, legal representatives, and assigns may have against Valhalla Campground LLC or any other contractor or employee thereof for any claim of damage to property, theft, injury, death or other damages that may be sustained as a result of the complete operation, maintenance, and use of the grounds. I further agree that I, my family, and my guests will abide by all posted rules and notices.
