Rules for Addition/Alteration:

- Must be placed at least 10-foot from any camper or structure. (Note: Account for Camper Slides)

- Must not be placed under a tree with less than 10-foot clearance between deck and branches.

- Any digging must be hand dug and depth not to exceed 6 inches.

- Vertical boards must have a maximum width of 8 inches.

- Minimum spacing between boards must be (1/4) inch.

- Area under the deck is pervious.

- Deck is not to exceed 160 sqft.

- Follow the Construction Safety Rules listed below.

- No Dumping in Dumpsters (please haul away or contact office for disposal help/arrangements) - Any holes in the ground left by the removal must be filled by black topsoil and grass seeded.

Construction Safety: Check Weather Conditions, Build with a Plan, Wear Proper PPE, Keep Children at a Safe Distance, Never Leave Site Unattended, Don't Drink and Build.

Additional Requirements: Please Return this permit to the Camp Office with 3 Photos of the project attached. You may also email a copy of the permit as well as the photos to valhallacampgroundofficial@gmail.com

Permit cost: Free (but the permit must be returned promptly following project to avoid a fine)
