Rules for Addition/Alteration:

- Any material used for top substrate must be natural, porous, & of a neutral tone.

- Landscape Edging (Camper Edging) should not extend more than 5-foot from camper.

- Any digging must be hand dug and depth not to exceed 6 inches.

- No steaks in ground larger than 4 inches in length.

- Patio Pavers should not extend more than 10ft from camper or exceed an area of 100sqft

- No Sheds permitted with a footprint larger than 4’x3

 

Rules for Removal:

- No Dumping in Dumpsters (please haul away or contact office for disposal help/arrangements)

- Any holes in the ground left by the removal must be filled by black topsoil and grass seeded.

 

Construction Safety:

Check Weather Conditions, Build with a Plan, Wear Proper PPE, Keep Children at a Safe Distance, Never Leave Site Unattended, Don’t Drink and Build.

 

Permit cost: Free (but the permit must be returned promptly following project to avoid a fine)
