    As of mid-March, vendor booth space is sold out. 

    Please submit this application if you'd like to be added to the waitlist.

     

    Vendors selling only pre-packaged food items should use this non-food vendor application and select the Craft/Non-Craft/Non-Profit category. Vendors preparing or packaging any food items on site must use the food vendor application.

  • Due to limited power sources, electricity is not available for non-food vendors. You may bring a QUIET generator (max 70 decibels).* Use of a quiet generator must be indicated below.

    *Generators cannot emit smoke or fumes. Decibel levels will be checked during the festival and vendors will be required to cease use if over 70 dB. This is for the safety and enjoyment of all vendors and festival attendees. No exceptions allowed.

  • No payment is necessary when submitting this application.

    If space becomes available and we are able to move you off the waitlist, we will handle payment at that time. The booth fee amount from the date of this application will be honored.

    Prices below are good through Wednesday, May 27th. Prices will increase starting Thursday, May 28th. See 2026 Popcorn Festival Vendor Terms & Conditions for the full pricing schedule.

    Please select the correct category and the correct booth quantity. You will have to re-submit your entire application if the category or booth quantity is incorrect.

    If approved, the credit card provided with this application will be charged. Depending on your bank, the charge might appear as "pending" in your account, but it will not be officially charged/processed until your application is approved. If your application is denied, the pending transaction will be cancelled.

    No refunds will be given upon approval of your application. If the festival is cancelled in advance, your payment will be applied to the 2027 Popcorn Festival.
