Vendors selling only pre-packaged food items should use this non-food vendor application and select the Craft/Non-Craft/Non-Profit category. Vendors preparing or packaging any food items on site must use the food vendor application.

Photo Upload: provide at least 2 product images and 1 picture of your booth setup. If you are having trouble uploading photos, leave this field blank and email them to us at info@valparaisoevents.com within 24 hours of your application submission. Put “2026 Popcorn Fest Vendor App Photos” in the subject line and be sure to specify your company/organization name. All vendors must submit photos. Applications will not be processed until photos are received.

Due to limited power sources, electricity is not available for non-food vendors. You may bring a QUIET generator (max 70 decibels).* Use of a quiet generator must be indicated below.

*Generators cannot emit smoke or fumes. Decibel levels will be checked during the festival and vendors will be required to cease use if over 70 dB. This is for the safety and enjoyment of all vendors and festival attendees. No exceptions allowed.

Your COI must name both Valparaiso Events and the City of Valparaiso as Additional Insured and must be up to date and cover the date of this year's Popcorn Festival (September 12, 2026). See the 2026 Popcorn Festival Vendor Terms & Conditions for more information. If your COI is not currently available, please email it to info@valparaisoevents.com as soon as you are able.

No payment is necessary when submitting this application.

If space becomes available and we are able to move you off the waitlist, we will handle payment at that time. The booth fee amount from the date of this application will be honored.

If approved, the credit card provided with this application will be charged. Depending on your bank, the charge might appear as "pending" in your account, but it will not be officially charged/processed until your application is approved. If your application is denied, the pending transaction will be cancelled.

No refunds will be given upon approval of your application. If the festival is cancelled in advance, your payment will be applied to the 2027 Popcorn Festival.
