Responsibilities:
Cold-calling people using a given list to gather information and pre-qualify leads.
Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
Using scripts to provide information about features, prices, etc., and present their benefits
For this role, you'll need:
- English proficiency is required
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- No prior experience is necessary (Training will be provided).
Device Requirement:
- Desktop/laptop with at least an Intel I3 8th Gen processor, 8GB RAM, SSD, or equivalent.
- Reliable internet connection of at least 10mbps (wired).
- Must possess a noise-canceling USB headset.
- Quiet working environment
Work Schedule: CST
Compensation: $5 per hour (Spanish speaking) / $3 per hour (English speaking only)
