Participant Entry Terms and Agreement: All Information on this form will remain private with the exception of participants' Name, City, and State being disclosed if selected as the recipient of any gift. The Giving Thursday giveaway will be done as a drawing every other Thursday(bi-weekly). All entry forms will need to be completed and submitted the day before the drawing which is that Wednesday no later than 7pm EST. Entry Forms will only be accepted on a Wednesday, the day before the drawing. No Forms will be considered on any other days or after the deadline time. Only ONE Entry form can be submitted for each giveaway, meaning multiple forms cannot be submitted for the same giveaway, additional forms will be shredded and can cause you to be disqualified to enter. This Drawing Give Away is intended to help individuals/families who are in need of some type of financial assistance, so by participating you are acknowledging that you are a individual/family in this need. You also agree that you will not sale or solicit for profit any gift that has been given by Solid Families Inc.
