Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration fees are used to cover event expenses, including food, supplies, and venue costs.
• Cancellations received by August 29, 2026 will receive a full refund (minus processing fees, if applicable).
• Cancellations received between August 30 and September 5, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued after September 5, 2026.
• Tickets may be transferred to another attendee by emailing cyclebreakers19@gmail.com prior to the event.
If Cycle Breakers cancels the event, all registered attendees will receive a full refund.
