Contracted Event Payment and Cancellation Policy
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. (Lisa@GoVannGo.com)
TO RESERVE UNIT(S): 50% of the total invoice is due to reserve unit(s) and it is not refundable. Remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the event.
TO RESCHEDULE UNIT(S): VannGo will reschedule any reservation at the written request of the Customer if the date/inventory is available.
TO CANCEL UNIT(S): If more than 50% of the total invoice has been paid, VannGo will return:
· 100% of the remaining rental amount paid, minus a $50.00 processing fee if canceled 90 days prior to the date of the event.
· 75% of the remaining rental amount paid, minus a $50.00 processing fee if canceled less than 60-89 days prior to the date of the event.
· 50% of the remaining rental amount paid, minus a $50.00 processing fee if canceled less than 30 days prior to the date of the event.
· 25% of the remaining rental amount paid, minus a $50.00 processing fee if canceled less than 8-14 days prior to the date of the event.
· 10% of the remaining rental amount paid, minus a $50.00 processing fee if canceled less than 3-7 days prior to the date of the event.
· NO RESCHEDULING IS AVAILABLE if canceled 2 days or less prior to the date of the event. Due to the nature of the event rental business, we cannot accept cancellations occurring later than 3 days to the rental date. Client will forfeit all sums paid.
· If an event is rescheduled, an additional $150.00 rescheduling fee will be added. Rescheduled events are not eligible for refund of any kind.
Client understands that upon entering this rental contract, VannGo is committing time and resources to this event and thus cancellation would result in lost income and lost business opportunities in an amount difficult to precisely calculate. Therefore, the above cancellation limitations will apply.
All deposits must be paid, and paperwork/rental agreement received to secure the reservation of the rental equipment/services. Any unpaid fees/deposits not received 21 days prior to event date will be cancelled, and client will be required to re-submit rental paperwork to secure the rental. Equipment/services will then be secured when full payment is received.
VannGo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. If the event is cancelled by VannGo, client may be extended a full refund (100%).
** Note refunds are the sole discretion of VannGo. Although an event may be cancelled or rescheduled, VannGo reserves the right to allow for consulting and coordinating when or if determining to allow for a cancelation or refund of any amount or for any reason.
