ANY RENTAL BEYOND A WEEKEND EVENT:

You must call us to schedule pick up. The end date is only an estimation and a schedule will not be built upon that.

Company’s rates are for the entire Period, which shall not be prorated (i.e., charges for less than a full Period shall not be prorated). No refunds shall be issued when pick up request is received after invoice creation.

TRAILER WILL BE PARKED ON A LEVEL PAVED/ASPHALT ROADTRAILER WILL BE PARKED ON A LEVEL GRAVEL ROADTRAILER WILL BE PARKED ON LEVEL GRASS (I acknowledge that placement on grass is dependent on weather conditions, road conditions, etc. Ultimately, the placement of the trailer will be the decision of the delivery technician. If rain occurs after delivery and before pickup, we may not be able to retrieve the trailer until conditions are no longer muddy. Additional pickup fee will incur if a return pickup trip is needed.

Additional cord rental charges and/or hose rental charges will occur if we use extra hose and/or cords beyond 25 feet. WE CANNOT CONNECT ANY TRAILER BEYOND 150 FEET FROM POWER SOURCE

REFUNDABLE CLEANING DEPOSIT: Customer acknowledges that a refundable cleaning deposit equal to the cost of 1 week's rental is required at the time of booking to secure the rental. Customer further acknowledges and accepts that a cleaning charge up to $500 will be assessed for a restroom trailer being returned in a state that is considered above and beyond normal cleaning (i.e. vomit, urine/etc, trash on floors, counters or walls) *

VANNGO must receive a valid Certificate of Insurance naming Accord Production Services, Inc (dba VannGo Portable Solutions) as ADDTIONAL INSURED and LOSS PAYEE prior to delivery of the trailer(s).

BY SIGNING BELOW, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MOVEMENT OF THE RESTROOM TRAILER IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. I FURTHER STATE THAT I AM AWARE THAT IF I MOVE THE RESTROOM TRAILER WITHOUT WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FROM VANNGO MANAGEMENT, I WILL BE ASSESSED A MINIMUM FINE OF $7,500*

**Setup and Removal**

VannGo will arrange a mutually agreeable time for both delivery and removal. If there are delays in setup or removal not caused by VannGo, a fee of $75 will be charged for each 30-minute increment per delivery/pick up truck.

To minimize potential delays, a layout map for all equipment must be provided at least 24 hours before delivery.
