PLEASE NOTE:  Customer must be present during RV pumping service.  Restroom trailer or portable waste tank service does not require customer presence at time of service. 

You are requesting the VANNGO Service team evacuate your RV tank with our vacuum truck. Vacuum trucks can cause damage to RV waste tanks because the vacuum can cause your waste tank to flex inward which can cause leaks or ultimately collapse your tank, therefore it is imperative that WHENEVER OUR TRUCK HOSE IS CONNECTED TO YOUR RV TANK YOU MUST HAVE YOUR FLUSH PEDAL ON YOUR TOILET HELD OPEN TO ALLOW UNRESTRICTED AIR FLOW INTO THE TANK.

By signing this agreement you are releasing VANNGO, its Employees and affiliates from any liability with regard to any damage of your RV waste tank. In the future, If you plan on continuing a pumping schedule it is highly recommended you request our flat external waste tank. Our flat external waste tank removes the chances of a damaging your RV tank and allows you to go up to 5 times longer in between pumping service. Depending on the frequency of your pumping needs, renting a flat waste tank on a less frequent pumping schedule may save you money overtime.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: VannGo hereby reserves the right to modify the pricing at its discretion, with or without prior notification.

TRASH:  Our service trucks accept human waste, not trash. No refuse, hazardous waste or hazardous materials, cardboard, paint, etc. shall be placed in RV or waste tank(s). VannGo cannot accept it. Furthermore these items clog the service trucks. I am aware of this policy and provide trash receptacles if needed.

ACCESSIBILITY:  Tanks not immediately accessible to the service truck within 20' on gravel or concrete road will not be serviced and/or an additional charge may be added for resulting service.

WAIT TIME:  VannGo maintains a competitive price and 5 star service considering immediate access to unit(s) on scheduled service days.  Daily schedules are based on service vehicle approaching location, driving directly to unit, servicing and driving out.  Units will not be serviced if multiple vehicles are blocking access.  However, a $50 service call charge will be assessed for our truck's trip to your location.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: No infectious waste shall be placed in the RV/waste tank.

VPS will not be responsible for damage done to roadways/driveway surfaces, culverts, etc., due to its equipment traveling on customer property, nor will VPS be responsible for damage done to roads, road surfaces, culverts, etc., on property or easements leading to or from the location at which the service is performed due to the negligence of VPS Staff or Contractors.
