IMPORTANT WEATHER INFORMATION
YOUR CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES FOR WATER SUPPLY, WEATHER DAMAGE CHARGES ETC. - Initial preparation of your trailer(s) is a combined effort between VannGo and the customer. The more information you provide to us, the better your experience will be.
If you keep your trailer into the winter months, it will be necessary to provide continuous un-interrupted power to your trailer(s). Winter protection may require several steps depending on the trailer type and size of your trailer.
The largest concern in cold weather is ice formation. Ice stops water from flowing and causes cracks in the water system. Cracks will lead to complete failure in the overall function and use of the trailer.
VannGo is not responsible for keeping watch over your trailer for winter protection.
Customer acknowledges and accepts that you are responsible for all damage occurring during cold weather in the case you do not supply constant, un-interrupted power to the trailer and keep heaters running to protect from freezing and cracking pipes and/or valves.
If power is potentially interrupted customer agrees to check trailer to confirm power is being supplied and heat is turned on.
Your VannGo team is always available to discuss the correct steps to protect your trailer during cold temperatures. Please plan on preparing your trailer prior to freezing temperatures.
Upon written request, VannGo is available to prepare your trailer for winter as an additional service.
If a Vanngo technitian notices your trailer is not prepared for winter during normal weekly pumping service, VannGo may automatically prepare the trailer for winter at an additional fee in order to protect from damage and keep the trailer functional for your team.
Please reach out to the Vanngo team to discuss the best practice for your trailer winterization.
If at any time your trailer is not supplying running water to flush the toilets, stop using the toilets and Contact VannGo. Continuing use of toilets when water supply is interrupted will cause clogging, Clogging can result in overflowing waste onto the restroom floor once water supply is resumed.
Additional emergency charges will incur for "EMERGENCY" service.
In General, you the customer agree to have a designated person(s) check the trailer at least once per day for proper climate control, water flow, and flushing functionality.
If you the customer choose to maintain interior cleaning, trash disposal and paper re-stocking, it is imperative to use ONLY SINGLE PLY TOILET PAPER. DO NOT USE EXTRA SOFT MULTI SHEET TOILET PAPER, IT WILL CLOG THE TOILETS.
Finally, please keep in mind a lack of interior cleanliness leads to compounding carelessness from those who use your trailer.

EARLY CANCELATION OF LONG-TERM RENTALS: Long-term rental rates are calculated and quoted to consider the duration of the quoted/agreed upon contract term (i.e. start date to end date). As the equipment is reserved for the entire contract term, potential rental opportunities may have been declined. Consequently, should a contracted rental be terminated prior to the end of the agreed term, the customer may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the remaining balance of the rental term, or the fee may be recalculated based on the actual duration for which the equipment was utilized. The decision regarding the applicable fee is at the discretion of Management.
For instance, if a one-month rental is terminated before the completion of the full one-month term, the customer may be billed at the weekly rate multiplied by the actual number of weeks the equipment was in use (e.g., two weeks at $1,195 each, totaling $2,390, as opposed to the monthly rate of $2,915). Similarly, if a six-month rental is canceled after three months, the customer may be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to three months of rental.
SETUP AND REMOVAL: Prior to delivery, Vann Go will coordinate a delivery and removal time that is acceptable to both parties. If for no reason of Vann Go the setup or removal is delayed, Vann Go will charge an additional $75.00 per hour for standby time.
