  • CREDIT POLICY

    PAYMENT TERMS/LATE FEES

    I understand that:

    • For Portable Rentals: Payment in full is required at booking unless otherwise arranged in writing.
    • For Trailer Rentals: Payment in full is required at the time of booking if the rental occurs within 30 days. For rentals beyond 30 days, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total invoice is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to trailer delivery.
    • I acknowledge that a credit card must be supplied when placing an order, and that a reservation cannot be completed without one.


    BOUNCED CHECK/DECLINED CARD:  A bounced check penalty of $50 will apply for any occurrence when funds are non sufficient.  IF VANNGO receives more than two (2) bounced checks from one account, the account will require a valid credit card for payment or services may be terminated. A $35/hour charge may apply for any time spent by VANNGO staff to capture new/updated credit card payment information.


    **Cancellation Policy:** I acknowledge and agree that in order to receive a refund for my portables order, I must cancel the order at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Failure to do so will result in the rental fee becoming non-refundable. Additionally, should I choose to cancel my order less than 48 hours in advance, a $50 cancellation charge may be applied. 

    Trailers Cancellation: If more than 25% of the total invoice has been paid, VannGo will return:


    • 100% of the remaining amount paid minus a $50 processing fee if canceled less than 90 days prior to the date of delivery.
    • 75% of the remaining amount paid minus a $50 processing fee if canceled within 60-89 days prior to the date of delivery.
    • 60% of the remaining amount paid minus a $50 processing fee if canceled within 31-59 days prior to the date of delivery.
    • 50% of the remaining amount paid minus a $50 processing fee if canceled 15-30 days prior to the date of delivery.
    • 25% of the remaining amount paid minus a $50 processing fee if canceled 8-14 days prior to the date of delivery.
    • 10% of the remaining amount paid minus a $50 processing fee if canceled 3-7 days prior to the date of delivery.
    • No refund for rental canceled 2 days or less prior to date of delivery.
    • If a rental is rescheduled, an additional $150.00 rescheduling fee will be added.
    “Rescheduled” events are non-cancelable, and not eligible for any refund.


    PAYMENT TERMS: All invoices are due and payable upon receipt, unless credit terms have been extended and agreed upon in writing. At that point, new customers granted credit terms will initially receive a Net 15 payment period. After three consecutive on-time payments, they may be upgraded to a Net 30 term.

    VannGo invoices in advance on a 28-day cycle. Invoiced amounts are for the entire period, which shall not be prorated (i.e., charges for less than a full period shall not be prorated). NO REFUNDS/ADJUSTMENTS SHALL BE ISSUED WHEN PICK UP REQUEST IS RECEIVED AFTER INVOICE CREATION.

    Customer shall pay all additional charges for services separately requested or made necessary by Customer’s breach of this Agreement, including moving/relocation charges, special service charges, and special delivery and removal charges.

    For payments by check, Customer authorizes VannGo to use information from Customer’s check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from Customer’s account or to process this transaction as a check. Customer shall pay all surcharges and relavant fees arising out of the use of the Equipment. Customer shall pay such surcharges whether such taxes are shown on the relevant quotation or invoice or whether such taxes are later claimed by a governmental authority. In the event of a claim by a governmental agency for taxes related to the Equipment, Customer shall pay to Company such taxes on demand. 

    PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: VannGo hereby reserves the right to modify the pricing at its discretion, with or without prior notification.

    LATE FEE:A late fee of 10% OR $50 (whichever is greater) will be charged if payment not received by the due date. A 10% penalty will be assessed for every 28 days the invoice remains unpaid. Additional penalties will compound every 28 days.

    In addition to the penalties assessed, service of the unit(s) may be halted until such time as the account is made current. If customer’s service is halted more than twice due to unpaid invoices, a credit card must be added and kept on file for payment of all invoices considered overdue at any time moving forward.

    WAIVER OF LATE FEES: Late fees may be waived at the discretion of the company for extenuating circumstances.

    COLLECTION COSTS: In the event a payment is not received within 60 days of the due date, VannGo may refer the account to a collection agency. The customer will be responsible for all collection costs, including but not limited to collection agency fees and legal fees, and interest at the rate of 10% per month, or such lesser rate as may be the maximum lawful rate, on all overdue accounts.

    By submitting a rental agreement, you acknowledge that you are aware of the payment terms and potential penalties.

  • Please review these items thoroughly, as your signed/submitted rental agreement signifies your acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms.

    WAIT TIME: VannGo maintains a competitive price and 5 star service considering immediate access to unit(s) on scheduled service days. Daily overall schedules are timed based on service vehicle approaching locations, driving directly to unit(s), servicing and driving out. Units may not be serviced if vehicles / equipment / locked gates etc. is blocking access.

    GENERAL COMMUNICATION: VannGo and its associates are dedicated to providing you 5 star service. At any point during your rental, if you're unsatisfied with service or have questions and feedback, please contact VannGo management @ 615-398-2574

    TRASH:  Portable toilets are for human waste, not trash. No refuse, hazardous waste or hazardous materials, cardboard, paint, clothing, diapers, etc. shall be placed in portable toilet(s) as these items clog the service trucks. VannGo cannot accept it. VannGo is not licensed to handle hazardous waste and the facilities where we dispose of sewage will not accept it. IF TRASH IS FOUND IN THE PORTABLE TOILET(S), AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED.
    Please provide trash receptacles if needed.

    MAXIMUM USAGE / PERSONS PER UNIT: 1 unit can accommodate a maximum of 10 persons on a 40 hour work week. Summer heat reduces this threshold. 2X per week service or additional units may be requested to maintain satisfactory conditions.

    ACCESSIBILITY: Toilets must be accessible within 20' to the service truck on gravel or paved road. If units are moved, they may not be serviced and/or an additional charge may be added for resulting service.

    No refunds are eligible for "unable to service" locations with locked gates/keys/lock boxes. If the location needs to be secured with a lock, a combination lock is the only VannGo approved option.

    UNITS MUST NOT BE MOVED FROM ONE SITE TO ANOTHER WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT FROM VANNGO OR A $100 'UNAUTHORIZED MOVE FEE' WILL BE ASSESSED.

    SWAP FEE:  If weather affects servicing, a $25/unit swap fee will apply for sites/locations that require a frozen unit to be swapped with a fresh unit.

    TIP OVERS/ANCHORING:  Cleaning of tipped over units from storms etc. are not covered in normal weekly service. Tip over cleaning is an additional fee. Anchoring of units is available if requested at an additional fee. Anchored units that are forcefully lifted with machinery resulting in damage to the unit or to the anchors will be charged appropriately and is NOT covered by damage waiver.

    DAMAGE WAIVER:  If renter declines optional Damage Waiver, customer accepts full responsibility for all damages toVannGo property due to fire, theft or vandalism and agrees to pay reasonable costs of repair and/or replacement of the equipment or its components.

    Damage Waiver is an OPTIONAL program offered to you. This optional program protects you from being responsible for the entire repair or replacement cost in cases of damage or theft of your rental items. The cost is

    $12.50 per month/event for each fresh water or waste water tank.
    $12.50 per month/event for each standard portable toilet, each exterior hand wash station & each exterior hand sanitizer stand.
    $18.00 per month/event for each wheelchair accessible units.
    By accepting the damage waiver/additional fee per unit, you greatly reduce your financial risk in case of damaged or stolen items. Reduced repair and replacement costs are listed below as "Deductibles". 

    DAMAGE WAIVER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    If damage waiver agreement is accepted, VannGo, will modify the standard rental agreement as in consideration of the above amounts ($) quoted per unit for standard units, hand sanitizer units, handwash units, upgraded units and wheelchair accessible units.

    This damage waiver applies to damage related to accidents, fire, theft, graffiti marker (if it's easily removed), or vandalism 24 hours / 7 days per week during the term of your rental.  

    To be covered, you must report any fire, theft or vandalism within 48 hours of occurrence. You must have accepted the damage waiver coverage at the time your rental started. (Damage waivers will not be pro-rated. You cannot "accept" damage waiver after damage or theft has occurred.) All units must be covered in advance.

    If damage waiver is declined, lessee understands that the terms of the standard rental agreement remain in full effect. Terms are as follows:

    (a)The customer agrees not to cause the equipment listed in the contract to be removed from the site address without specific written permission or consent from VannGo

    (b)The customer agrees to pay for any damage or loss of the equipment as an insurer, regardless of cause or fault, except for reasonable wear and tear while the equipment is at the site address. 

    LIABILITY: Renter acknowledges that Renter has care, custody, and control of equipment owned by VannGo and accepts responsibility and liabilities for the use of the equipment and its contents. THEREFORE, THE RENTER EXPRESSLY AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS VannGo FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR INJURY TO OR DEATH OF PERSON OR PERSONS ("CLAIMS") RESULTING FROM OR ARISING IN ANY MANNER OUT OF RENTER'S NEGLIGENT OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT IN THE USE OF THE EQUIPMENT FURNISHED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEPT FOR SUCH CLAIMS WHICH ARE THE RESULT OF THE NEGLIGENCE OF WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OFVannGo. VannGo AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS RENTER, ITS PARENT AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS RESULTING FROM OR ARISING IN ANY MANNER OUT OF THE NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF VannGo OR ITS EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF A PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL SURVIVE TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.

    Customer further acknowledges that he/she is responsible for the unit(s) from the moment they are delivered to customer's service location until the time they are picked up by VannGo.

    Customer must maintain the care and safety of the equipment from damage, vandalism, etc until the unit(s) are in possession of VannGo.

    VannGo will not be responsible for damage done to roadways/driveway surfaces, culverts, etc., due to its equipment traveling on customer property, nor will VannGo be responsible for damage done to roads, road surfaces, culverts, etc., on property or easements leading to or from the location at which the service is performed due to the negligence of VannGo Staff or Contractors.

    Customer agrees to notify VannGo of any damage to equipment as soon as it is observed so that proper repairs may be made to insure serviceability and safety.

    TRASH CAN (IF APPLICABLE) - Customer acknowledges and accepts that VannGo does not assemble & tear down trash can(s) or the disposal of trash bag(s).
