Please note there's only one screening field on this form - the one with "screening" literally in the name.
In "personal email" and "cell number" fields I'm not asking for info to verify. I'm simply asking for a discreet email and number where I can reach you. For the purposes of discretion not only is VoIP (like Google Voice or the Burner app) or encrypted email like Protonmail allowed, it's encouraged.
If you write in the (personal) number you think I want (because "the other girls do it that way") only to switch to a completely different number later with an explanation of "this number is more discreet", I'm going to become incredibly uncomfortable and block the entire interaction. Only write in the personal number and email we'll continuously contact each other at the entire time.
**All appointments within 72 hours please**
I can only schedule/guarantee my location and availability within the next few days. Sorry, but I don't know when I'll be back in any city. Too often I can't even be certain where I'll be tomorrow. Please schedule within the immediate present, preferably before 11 AM the following day, and with complete reliability and no possibility that something might "come up", thanks.
Work email or phone that shows on Google. I must be able to contact you at your work info (either live or by you retrieving email/voicemail out of the office). I can't merely look at work sites or LinkedIn without completing the contact circuit that actually verifies it's you I'm looking at. Yes, I will of course contact you discreetly. In the same way that there'd be no upside to outing you to your wife and thus losing you as a client, there's no upside to me getting clients I need gainfully employed fired (check my testimonials page and you'll see I've been screening just like I still do for quite a while). I don't take references, IDs, board memberships, explanations you're retired, selfies or self-descriptions, nor meet for coffee. IDs and badges can be (and are) faked, Office Depot will print fake business cards in 24 hours for $9.99, review boards are filled with fake reviews and profiles, I can't base my safety on another provider's word, looking at you over coffee would merely tell me you like coffee, your home address would merely tell me you live indoors, your driver's license would merely tell me you drive, and the last thing Ted Bundy's victims heard was "I'm a nice guy". I built a form with 2 options because there are 2 options. Yes, I get other providers take other things. Other providers are usually in their 20s and living on borrowed time until they learn their "screening" isn't screening. If you're upset about this call your congressional representative to change the society I have to live in. Once that happens I'll happily loosen my screening as I hate having to screen as much as you hate having to be screened.
Do not click RS-AVS unless you're a current member (please check your membership is current before you contact me). You won't receive a reply if you're lying about being a member, just clicking stuff because maybe if you bang enough keys a naked lady appears, or if you're a member but lapsed or your cell number and city aren't what's on file with them.
What I do immediately upon receiving RS-AVS on a form:
Send RS-AVS the info.
Reply to you if I hear back from them that you're registered.
Not reply to you if I hear back from them that you've sent me fake info. Block your contact info so you can never waste my time again.
There's no reality where you'll receive a reply from me with fake info, so please don't embarass me in front of the staff of RS-AVS by prompting me to send them fake info. It's tiresome, it will make me loathe you and permanently block you, and it will cause the form you filled out to end up screenshot on social media where we'll mock it.
