• Conflict of Interest

    Annual Declaration
  • The French-American Foundation – United States maintains a conflict of interest policy for its Directors, officers, and staff, a copy of which is attached below. A conflict of interest may exist when the interests or concerns of any Director or staff member, or such person’s immediate family, or any party, group, or organization to which that person has allegiance, may be seen as competing with the interests or concerns of the Foundation.

Each year the Directors and selected staff are asked to fill out an annual declaration form. Below please print your name and position with the Foundation, respond to the questions asked, and date and sign the completed form at the bottom of the page. In responding to these questions, please note that a “yes” answer does not imply that the relationship or transaction was necessarily inappropriate. However, if you do answer “yes” to any of the following questions, please supply appropriate details by using the blank space provided at the end of this form.

If you would like to complete this form by hand, please mail the completed form to: French-American Foundation, 28 West 44th Street, Suite 902, New York, New York 10036. Thank you.
