  • This Agreement is made this day Pick a Date*   . Ericka Veasey and between " Veasey Strong Logistics Inc" hereafter referred to as DISPATCHER, and * hereinafter referred to as CARRIER. 

  • WHEREAS, DISPATCHER is a transportation dispatcher handling the necessary paperwork between SHIPPERS and the CARRIER in order to secure “CARGO” for said CARRIER as well as negotiate compensation. WHEREAS, CARRIER is a Motor CONTRACT Carrier subject to the jurisdiction of the ICC: NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and convents hereinafter contained, it is mutually agreed by and between parties’ hereto as follows:

  • OBLIGATIONS OF DISPATCHER

    Find freight that best matches profile for the Carrier

  • Upon the Carrier agreeing to the load, Dispatcher will submit to the shipper/broker the Carrier’s Carrier Packet including, but not limited to, MC Authority, W-9, Proof of Insurance, and order insurance certificates, if required, along with any other required supporting documentation.

  • Handling the setting of appointments if necessary (depending on agreement)

  • Prepare directions to shipper/consignee, if necessary.

  • Assist with any problems that arise in the transit of the load when necessary or within our capabilities (Carrier is responsible for their own equipment; we can attempt to direct you to a service that maybe help.

  • If the client chooses VEASEY STRONG LOGISTIC INC to complete invoicing, all the paperwork will remain at VEASEY STRONG LOGISTIC INC until the invoicing is complete.

  • VEASEY STRONG LOGISTIC INC can handle any and all invoicing, collections, etc. for the Carrier for an additional fee.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    DISPATHER will consistently find loads for carriers provide weekly reports of services rendered. There is no locked in contract between carrier and dispatcher. However, we require a 3 day notice of termination. Direct connecting and entering into a deal directly with a shipper that Carrier connected with through Dispatcher will cause for immediate separation between carrier and dispatching company. No refund will be given for services discontinued. Carrier must fill out Credit Card Authorization and W9 form with dispatch services. Carrier must have their MC/DOT#. If hotshot, box etc., Carrier must be willing to and be in position to pay a down payment on the proper insurance required to accept a load. Carrier agrees to pay VEASEY STRONG LOGISTIC INC, upon receipt, a SERVICE FEE of 7% PER LOAD.

  • Dispatcher will connect carrier and factoring companies, if needed, and send reminders and updates of Carrier’s insurance I have authorized Veasey Strong Logistics Inc. to charge my credit card indicated below for 7% on each booked, paid, and delivered load(s).

  • Dispatching | Power of Attorney

  • I hereby appoints Ericka Veasey of Veasey Strong Logistics Inc. as my Attorney-In-Fact (“Agent”). Dispatcher agents shall have full power of authority to act on my behalf. This power and authority shall authorize Veasey Strong Logistics to sign all my broker carrier packets, sign rate confirmations, certificate of holders for brokers, factoring agreements for carrier payments. Once Carrier and VSL has dissolved this dispatching agreement. Veasey Strong Logistics will no longer have POA signatures authority over my business.

    1. Contact shippers and brokers on my behalf for cargo.
    2. Transfer of Paperwork (Carrier Packet, Rate Confirmation, Insurance Certificates, Invoices and all necessary paperwork) to shippers.
    3. Sign and Execute Rate Confirmation for freight on my behalf.
    4.Send funds directly to     on behalf of LLC for any financial obligations owed by CARRIER.

    This Power of Attorney shall be construed broadly as General Power of Attorney. The listing of specific powers is not intended to limit or restrict the general power granted in this Power of Attorney in any manner.
    VSL shall not be liable for any loss that results from a judgement error that was made in good faith. However, Veasey Strong Logistics shall be liable for willful misconduct or the failure to act in good faith while acting under the authority of this Power of Attorney.
    I authorize my Agent to indemnify and hold harmless any third party who accepts and acts under this document. Veasey Strong Logistics Inc. shall be entitled to reasonable compensation for any services provided as my Agent. Veasey Strong Logistics Inc. shall be entitled to reimbursement of all reasonable expenses incurred in connection with this Power of Attorney, shall provide an accounting for all acts performed as my Agent, if I so request or if such request is made my any authorized personal representative or fiduciary acting on my behalf. The Power of Attorney shall become effective immediately and shall not be affected by my disability or lack of mental competence, except as may be provided otherwise by applicable state statue. This is a Durable Power of Attorney.
