Vendor Application Form

All vendors must fill out the form and submit.we would review your application and send you confirmation whether approved or not.This event is known to always have a great turnout We are open to all types of goods being sold at this event. We encourage you to bring your goods and service like food truck Home made vintage jewelry products and anything else you think might be of interest. Having prices on your items is recommended so please be sure to choose a comfortable   setup with consideration for your own shade and comfort.  Please just have a menu printed at your table with any offerings. There Will be  refreshments all day and vendors are also welcome to relax and mingle. The whole day does not have to be about business but also meeting the community and making friends. Vehicles are allowed on field to unload before commencement and also Vehicles will be allowed near table area to load after the event Maintenance and security are allowed All vendors should read through the rules and regulations and must be ready to abide with them. Rules and regulations1)In no way should any vendor cause a fight or dispute among other vendors. Such vendor might not be allowed in future events. All vendors would be treated equally.2) Vendor agrees to remain set up until the end of the show. NO EARLY BREAKDOWN or vendor risks the exclusion of future events3) No illegal drug use is permitted on the show4) No booth space is guaranteed until full payment is received.5) The sales of Bootleg or Counterfeit products are prohibited. Counterfeit or Bootleg products are fake replicas of the real product. Counterfeit products are often produced with the intent to take advantage of the superior value of the imitated product. It includes the forgeries or imitations of clothing, accessories, bags, shoes, watches, jewelry, electronics (both parts and finished products), software, works of art, toys, or movies. Selling these types of goods results in patent infringement or trademark infringement.6) Adults and young children both attend this show. No inappropriate behavior, language, or conduct will be tolerated. Please keep any adult-related materials out of sight from or within reach of children.
