This is a 60-minute adult beginner/intermediate group "fitness" Mat Pilates/Stretch class (as opposed to an individually tailored rehabilitation exercise class), suitable for people who can get down onto and up from the floor independently, and who do not have acute or easily aggravated chronic musculoskeletal injuries. This class is not suitable for pregnant women or women who have given birth in the last 6 months.
As with all exercise classes, there is a small but inherent risk of injury, and you participate at your own risk. If you are in any doubt regarding your suitability for this class, please seek clearance from the appropriate health professional prior to commencing the class. If you believe there is any additional health information that Veronica should know, that has not been captured in this form, please inform her prior to commencing your first class.
Please bring to class an exercise mat, clean socks (preferably grippy ones) and a bath towel (not a hand towel).
Class bookings are to be made by purchasing a non-refundable $5 "class placeholder ticket" through TryBooking (www.trybooking.com/DDAYW), with the balance of the class fee to be paid at the class via cash or Pay ID (veronica_shum@hotmail.com).
It is a small group class (max. 9 participants). Please provide ample notice of cancellation so that your place may be offered to a waitlisted person. The class will only run with a minimum of 4 participants.
