1. Eligibility: The pageant is open to individuals who meet the specified age, citizenship, and residency requirements.
2. Entry Fee: Free .
3. Deadline: Entries must be submitted by [15/09/2025] to be considered.
4. Agreement: By entering, contestants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
*ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA*
1. Age: Contestants must be between [5] and [24] years old.
2. Citizenship: Contestants must be citizens or permanent residents of South Africa.
3. Marital Status: Contestants must be unmarried (single,never pregnant, never married ).
*ENTRY REQUIREMENTS*
1. Application Form: Completed application forms must be submitted online
2. Photographs: Recent, high-quality photographs (headshot and full-body) are required.
*JUDGING CRITERIA*
1. Judges' Decision: Judges' decisions are final and binding.
*PAGEANT SCHEDULE*
1. Interview dates to be announced
2. Rehearsals: Contestants must attend all scheduled rehearsals.
3. Pageant Dates: The pageant will take place on the 16th of December 2025 in Polokwane Limpopo
*CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR*
1. Code of Conduct: Contestants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
2. Social Media: Contestants must not post derogatory or defamatory content.
3. Confidentiality: Contestants must maintain confidentiality regarding pageant activities.
*RELEASE AND WAIVER*
1. Liability Release: Contestants release the pageant organization from liability.
2. Image Release: Contestants grant permission for image and video usage.
*CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY*
1. Pageant Cancellation: The organization reserves the right to cancel or postpone.
2. If a contestant withdraws from the competition, a withdrawal fee of R2000 will be applicable to cover administrative costs."
