The following details/terms are a part of my contract. The blanks will be filled in for you prior to you accepting the final contract. If you have any questions regarding these policies, please ask!
- Sara is booked with you from ________ (including travel time) for _____ makeup services on ___________.
- There is a $50 non-refundable booking fee due at time of final contract submission. This reserves your date, accounts for my time spent on contract writing, timely and thorough correspondence, and slight financial protection in the event that you cancel and I am unable to refill that spot. The card saved on file for this fee will be charged in the event that payment is not delivered on event date.
- Makeup application will take place from ___________. Each service will be booked for 45 minutes. Clients are expected to be ready to start at _____ and go one after another until all services are complete.
- Cost is $100 per person for makeup application. Makeup is provided by Sara. Makeup application includes full face of makeup, including lashes. Both airbrush and traditional foundation are available.
- Travel fee is $____, based on mileage to-and-from your location, parking fees if applicable, and time committment from the makeup artist. In the event of inclement weather, additional travel fees may apply and will be discussed prior to the wedding day.
- If services are taking place outside of Vibin' Skin Spa, bride is responsible for ensuring Sara has access to water, a table, an electrical outlet near table, and space for a chair and to walk around the chair. Sara will bring her own chair, a light source, and makeup products/supplies.
- Fees may be paid individually or as a group and will be collected immediately following service. Cash or Card are accepted as payment. Service tax is added to card payments.
- Failure to be prepared for a service by a guest (late arrival, wearing makeup, or otherwise delays to ending on time) will result in additional fees or inability to complete services as assigned, without refund or reduction of payment.
- If a guest changes their mind on the day of, resulting in less than ___ services, bride will be expected to pay for the shorted service(s) at a rate of $95 per service (95% of service fee).
- If a guest changes their mind within 7 days of event, resulting in overall reduction of contracted services, bride will be expected to pay for the shorted service(s) at a rate of $90 per service (90% of service fee).
- Once the Bridal Booking Fee has been paid and the contract has been signed, the date is reserved for you as detailed in this contract. If you choose to cancel your contract for any reason within 90 calendar days of the event (after __________), payment will immediately be collected at a rate of $60 per contracted service (60% of service fee).
- Any changes to the contract as written must be discussed and documented in as much advance notice as possible.
