Deposit and Final Payment
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: Deposit due at booking is 25% of the total trip price. You may pay by credit card, wire transfer, and personal check. Once we confirm your reservation request, we will send you an invoice for the non-refundable deposit.

You will receive a secure link by email to submit payment for the deposit of 25% down. You may also call us if you would like to give the credit card details over the phone. We accept payments by: Personal Check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE FEBRUARY 1, 2024 AND A FINAL PAYMENT DUE ON MAY 14, 2024 - Please indicate below if you would like to authorize us to automatically charge the final payment on this date to the credit card we have on file. Cancellations and Refunds

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: Because of the unlikelihood of filling an empty room if cancelled within 120 day prior to the trip, we are unable to offer refunds on deposits or full payments. We will allow you to sell or transfer your spot to another person with a $300 administration fee. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

All cancellations and refund requests must be in writing (email is acceptable as long as "NEED TO CANCEL" is in your subject line and sent from the customers email). Your cancellation date will be the date we receive your notice. We are not able to accept verbal cancellation requests. No refunds will be given to someone who has failed to pay their balance on time and/or decides to withdraw from the Trip. Refunds are based on the deposit and all money being previously paid. Refunds of the final payment will be honored as follows:
