Host a Networking Event with VABA!
Sponsor a Networking Event! VirginiaABA will arrange the logistics with your help. Here are the details:
- Cost for Sponsoring organization: $400
- Sponsor works with VABA to arrange a date
- VABA works with Sponsor and potentially local SIG to reserve a location
- Food and drink tickets will be provided by VABA
- VABA will set up a registration form to get an idea of number that will attend
- VABA creates
  - Facebook event page with sponsor logo and link to website; also contains link to RSVP
  - Boosted event post to reach potential participants in the area
  - At least one Constant Contact email about the event with sponsor’s logo and link to website
  - Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/LinkedIn reminders as time allows
- Attendees must be VABA members or join at the event
- One free conference registration is randomly provided at the event as a door prize
- Sponsoring organization has time for short presentation and can have a setup/swag at the event
- VABA will post pictures of the event on our social media
