🌷 To Give Every Mum Her Moment – Orders Close 2nd May By 11am:

All flower orders and payments must be submitted by Friday, 9th May by 11am. This deadline ensures we can secure flowers and have everything beautifully prepared in time for you for Mother’s Day. As it is our busiest time of year, and we rely on our suppliers, late orders unfortunately cannot be accepted — thank you for your understanding!

💸 Payment Terms:

Full payment is required at the time of order to confirm your booking. Orders are not considered final until payment has been received.

💐 Substitutions & Seasonal Availability:

While every effort is made to replicate the style and overall feel of the arrangement pictured, exact flowers, foliage, and colours may vary due to seasonal availability and supplier stock. Substitutions will always be made with the same level of care, quality, and aesthetic to maintain the integrity and intention of the original design.

📍 Pick-Up Policy:

Flower orders are for PICK UP ONLY from CHADSTONE between the hours of 3.30pm-4.45pm on Saturday the 10th of May and 8.30am-10am on Sunday the 11th May 2025. (address given once order had been made)

Pick-up is available from my private home studio in Chadstone. To respect privacy and maintain a smooth process, the exact address will be provided once full payment has been received. Please collect during the agreed pick-up window to ensure your flowers are at their freshest. As this is a residential address, early or late arrivals may not be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the space.

🌼 Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, a full refund will be provided for cancellations made before 5th May. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made after this date, as materials will have already been ordered.
