Admissions Policy (TDLR Compliance)

Admission into programs at Viva De Beauty Professional Academy follows the standards established by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

To enroll, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Age Requirement

Students must be at least 17 years of age.
Education Requirement

Students must have one of the following:

High School Diploma
GED Certificate
Proof of enrollment in high school

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/GED IS NO LONGER A REQUIRMENT NEEDED TO ENROLL WITH TDLR

Identification

Students must provide valid identification (such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
Enrollment Documentation

Students must complete:

Enrollment Agreement
School Policies Acknowledgement
Financial Agreement / Tuition Contract

Licensing Eligibility

Upon successful completion of required training hours and school requirements, students may apply to take the state licensing exam through the **Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
