- I understand that participation in volleyball involves physical activity and assume all risks.
- I grant permission for photos/videos of my child to be used for Volley Vortex promotions.
- I agree to pay all fees by the due date or risk forfeiting my child’s spot.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A $50 deposit is required at the time of financial plan enrollment to secure your child's spot in the program. (small fee may occur).
✅ Deposit is applied toward your total program cost
✅ Deposit is non-refundable or possibly refundable (see refund policy)
✅ Remaining balance is split into [weekly/bi-weekly] payments

SIBLING DISCOUNT POLICY
We're committed to making volleyball accessible to families! 💚
• $20 discount per additional child enrolled
• First child pays full price
• Discount applies to 2nd, 3rd, 4th children
• All children must be enrolled at same time.
• Discount applies to both payment plans and full payment
Volley Vortex Summer Program Refund Policy
At Volley Vortex, we understand that plans can change. To keep our program fair and organized for all participants, the following refund policy applies:
Full Refund: Available if cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the program start date.
A small processing fee may apply depending on the payment method.
Partial Refund (50%):Available if cancellation is requested 7–13 days before the program start date.
No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program begins or after the program has started. Missed sessions, absences, or early withdrawals are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Program Cancellation by Volley Vortex: If Volley Vortex cancels the program due to weather, facility issues, or low enrollment, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future program.
Medical Exceptions: Refunds or prorated credits may be considered for verified medical reasons if documentation is provided before the program ends. Refunds or prorated credits may be considered with:
• Written medical documentation from a healthcare provider
• Documentation submitted before the program ends
• Each case reviewed individually at our discretion
By registering, participants and/or parents acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
