        Families with more than one child registered in the Volley Vortex program are eligible for our Family Discount! To apply, please list each participating sibling’s name and age on the registration form. Our team will verify the information and apply the discount to your total. This offer helps make it easier for families to enjoy volleyball together while supporting every player’s growth and love for the game.         • I grant permission for photos/videos of my child to be used for Volley Vortex promotions.
        • I agree to pay all fees by the due date or risk forfeiting my child’s spot. 

        Volley Vortex Summer Program Refund Policy

        At Volley Vortex, we understand that plans can change. To keep our program fair and organized for all participants, the following refund policy applies:

        Full Refund: Available if cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the program start date.


        A small processing fee may apply depending on the payment method.
        Partial Refund (50%):Available if cancellation is requested 7–13 days before the program start date.


        No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program begins or after the program has started. Missed sessions, absences, or early withdrawals are not eligible for refunds or credits.

        Program Cancellation by Volley Vortex: If Volley Vortex cancels the program due to weather, facility issues, or low enrollment, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future program.


        Medical Exceptions: Refunds or credits may be considered for verified medical reasons if documentation is provided before the program ends.

        By registering, participants and parents acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

        I acknowledge that I understand and accept all program policies, including payment requirements, refund rules, safety guidelines, and participant expectations. I agree to follow all Volley Vortex rules and understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the program without refund.
