Travel Insurance Requirements

Please be aware that Volta Pro Tours cannot cover costs in case of cancellation due to family emergencies, illness, injuries, work conflicts, or similar unforeseen events.

We highly recommend ensuring your travel insurance policy provides comprehensive coverage. This should include protection against cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation. Additionally, make sure your policy specifically covers cycling activities, associated risks, and any potential bike repairs. Volta Pro Tours will not be liable for any losses arising. 

Important Booking Information

1. We advise not purchasing your flights until you have settled the first balance due in November. 
2. Ensure your flight lands at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.
3. Luggage allowance: One standard cabin bag plus one bike box per person.
4. Please note: Your Bike Box will be transferred and unavailable for use during the event.
