No Show, Cancellation and Multiple Pet Appointment Policies
I understand and acknowledge that it is the policy of the practice to monitor and manage appointment no-shows and late cancellations. Harbor Animal Hospital’s goal is to provide excellent care to each patient in a timely manner. If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, clients are required to call, text or email at least 24 hours before their appointment time. Notification allows the practice to better utilize appointments for other patients in need of prompt medical care.
No Show Appointments
The first no show will not incur a fee as a courtesy. In the event there is an additional no show, the client will be billed a $25 fee. In the event a patient is a "no-show" for an appointment, Harbor Animal Hospital reserves the right to request a $69 deposit to secure any future appointments.
Same Day Cancellations
The first same day cancellation will not incur a fee as a courtesy. In the event a patient’s appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, Harbor Animal Hospital reserves the right to bill the client $25 as a same day cancellation fee.
Multiple Pet Appointments
Due to the increase in no shows with multiple pet appointments, Harbor Animal Hospital requires a $69 deposit to schedule multiple pet appointments. In the event the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours or a no show, the $69 deposit is forfeited and not refundable.
