Boarding should be scheduled for healthy pets, or those with stable chronic conditions. If your fur baby requires critical care, or has had recent illness/ injury that may affect their stay (medications, special restrictions) or ongoing symptoms that may be infectious (diarrhea, vomiting, skin disease etc.), please call Willowrun to discuss before scheduling. We want to help you make the best health decisions possible, so everyone's boarding stay is safe and enjoyable.

Please Review The Following:*

I acknowledge that Willowrun allows for dual occupancy (for pets less then 50 lbs) when boarding pets from the same household; however, in the event of an aggressive encounter or any behavior that our staff deem potentially harmful, the pets will be moved to separate enclosures. Willowrun staff will attempt to contact me (or other designated responsible party) by phone, text, and/or email to inform me of the change in boarding status. I will be responsible for any additional charges related to the separation.I acknowledge that Willowrun is a "flea free" boarding facility, and in order to maintain this, each boarding pet will be flea combed upon admission. If live fleas or ticks are found, the pet will receive an oral treatment at the client’s expense.If baths are added, pick-up is after 3pm the day of departure.I acknowledge that charges are per night. There is one charge per pet, per night, even if pets are housed in a single enclosure.I acknowledge that if my pet does not eat, WRVH will try specialty canned food at additional charges.
Please note that we provide all necessary bedding and care items for your pet during their stay with us. There’s no need to bring beds or personal items when boarding. This helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all pets. Thank you for understanding.
