The number of performers competing in each registered Team Routine must meet a minimum of 70% of the total dancers registered. The total number of dancers should not exceed the maximum number of the size registered. Any team that competes in the incorrect size division forfeits their eligibility for any awards. If your team size changes, you need to inform the directors no later than Monday, February 23rd, 2026.

NOTE: If you decide not to attend the award ceremony, there will be a $50 mailing/shipping fee for your awards and scoresheets if you are unable to pick up these up from Vista Ridge in the week following VRDC.
- Google Folders will be shared with each director after they submit their registration. All music must be uploaded to the Google Folders by February 20th, 2026.
- We anticipate having to close registration early due to capacity. Please be aware that registration for VRDC 2026 may close before the January 23rd, 2026 deadline.
Please indicate any information that would be helpful to us when we are building the schedule. Such as transportation time restraints, sharing dancers with other teams competing at VRDC, etc..

- Please ensure that team representatives are available to promptly clean the performance floor immediately following your performance, particularly if any props or items are used that may leave a mess or potentially compromise the safety of the floor for subsequent performances. Additionally, please be advised that any damages incurred to the performance floor as a result of the props or items used during your performance will be billed to your team by our booster organization.

- ONLY THE HIGHEST-SCORING PRIVATE AND PUBLIC TEAM ROUTINES WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO PERFORM AT THE AWARD CEREMONY OF VRDC. Solos, Duets, Ensembles and Officer Routines are not eligible to perform.
- Highest Scoring Team Routine Award/Performance: In order for your team to be in the running for the highest scoring high school performance, you must score a minimum of 97 from all 3 judges, and there must be at least 2 teams in the public/private high school division
