[VSO] collects personal data including name, address, CKC membership#, telephone and email information for the purpose of establishing eligibility of membership and elections, distributing materials relating to club business, operating its programs and services, and for publishing a membership directory. In accordance with its bylaws, the VSO publishes the name and contact information of new members for comment in its newsletter. The VSO does not and will not share, publish, sell, or distribute personal information to/with other organizations without the written consent of its members. To help promote the club and answer enquiries from the public and general membership, Board Members/Directors agree to have their names, emails and/or telephone numbers published on the club’s website. By submitting this document and ticking the box below, the applicant(s) gives consent to the VSO for the collection and use of his/her personal information as noted above for the purposes outlined herein. If you do not give consent, you won't be able to apply for or renew your membership.
