    Please see our festival entry fee structure below.

  • High School Theatre Festival:

    The non-refundable play entry fee is $200, of which $100 will be applied to your student registration invoice. We've established this policy with the hope that fees will be simpler for festival entrants, and that last minute festival dropouts, resulting in empty competition slots that cannot be replaced, will be reduced.

  • Middle School Theatre Festival:

    The non-refundable play entry fee is $130, of which $50 will be applied to your student registration invoice.

  • Additional Information 

    Slots fill up fast and entries are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Please act quickly - particularly if you have a preferred performance date.

    A waiting list will be formed if more than the allowed number of entries are received. 

    Schools accepted for competition who cancel after September 1st will be disqualified for entry in any 2020 Festival.

    This form only enters the play into the Theatre Festival.  A separate School Group Registration Form and Playbill Information Form must also be submitted by the deadline of October 2nd, 2019 in order to attend the Annual Conference.

    If group registration is not received by the deadline, your school will be disqualified from participating in the Theatre Festival and your deposit will be forfeited.

    If you are participating in the High School Theatre Festival, submission of this form represents permission and agreement from the school principal, headmaster, or dean for the school to represent Virginia at the Southeastern Theatre Conference (SETC) Convention in March of 2020, and help pay for expenses, if necessary.
