Call for Proposals
Please use this form to submit your proposal for a presentation, panel/roundtable, or workshop at the 2025 Vermont Substance Use Conference on May 20-21, 2025 at the DoubleTree in Burlington. Proposed content should be relevant to people working/volunteering in, or with personal connection to, substance use services in Vermont (i.e. prevention, intervention, treatment, harm reduction, recovery). Our theme is "Collaboration. Coordination. Connection." and proposals should reflect engagement with those principles. Completed submissions are due on February 14, 2025.
