The Lottery is for 1BR and 2BR units only. Households of 5 or more will not be eligible.

The application period runs from October 15 2025 to December 15, 2025.

The Lottery will be held within two weeks of close of the application period; applicants will be notified of the Lottery by email or mail.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY

The Firehouse will offer a quality lifestyle environment, desirable floor plans, quality finishes and design features.

The property will provide 5 dedicated parking spots for residents.

These residences have access to local shopping, dining, entertainment and recreational opportunities less than half a mile from the property.

The new commuter rail station is .6 of a mile away and only 12 minute walk. In addition there is a bus stop at the front door.

There will be a local preference for New Bedford residents; persons who work in New Bedrord and are required by their job to live in New Bedford; or households that have children who attend school in New Bedford.
