The Walnut Street Apartments are located at 52 Walnut St in Foxborough, MA.

This is a community for a seniors 55 + or disabled residents only. (Documentation is required.) The two buildings are holding separate lotteries, and you can apply to one or both if you are eligible.

Walnut Knoll 1 has 61 one-bedroom, one-bath apartments.

Walnut Knoll 2 has 80 one-bedroom, one-bath apartments.

There will eventually be 221 surface parking spaces available.

70% of the units have a local preference.

Utilities: All utilities are paid by the owner.

Community amenities in the building will include a management office, fitness room, mailroom, package room, community room, outdoor patio, pickleball court, and a community garden. Residents will also have access to a laundry room on the second floor containing pay-for-use washers, and dryers.

LOTTERY CHOICES

Walnut Street is two buildings, so there are two separate lotteries. Near the bottom of this form you will be able to tell us if you are applying to one or both lotteries.

Building 1 has 1BR units in four income levels. The rents are as follows:
- 30% AMI: rent is approximately 1/3 of your monthly income
- 50% units: $1,530/month
- 60% units: $1,835/month
- 80% units: $2,100/month
This building contains units for wheelchair users, hearing-impaired, and vision-impaired persons. Three of the 30% units will be set aside for clients of DMH.

Building 2 has units in two income levels:The rents are as follows:
- 30% AMI: rent is approximately 1/3 of your monthly income
- 60% units: 1,835/month
