The Masters of Scale Business Awards honor organizations according to five distinct categories.

Select which award category (or categories) best aligns with your company’s achievements. You'll then be asked to answer a few related questions. Please include specific examples of impact — such as financial metrics — as this will help make your case for consideration.

(Note: Choosing one category will not disqualify you from being considered for or receiving an award in another category.)

	The Mission Critical Award This award recognizes mission-driven organizations that take on critical societal issues to make a positive difference on a local, national, or global scale. It highlights companies that value collective responsibility as part of a successful business model. Past recipients include Moms First and Climeworks.
	The Customer Experience Award This award recognizes organizations that put customers at the heart of their business, surpassing expectations through creative engagement and unique experiences. These companies make a point to enhance the overall consumer experience, build brand loyalty, and set themselves apart in a crowded marketplace. Past recipients include Chewy and Canva.
	The Rapid Response Award This award recognizes organizations that have boldly and swiftly navigated the challenges that arise in a fast-changing world. It commends the foresight, innovation, resilience, and decisiveness that enable companies to not only survive but thrive in times of unforeseen difficulty. Past recipients include World Central Kitchen and Cost Plus Drugs.
	The Pioneers of AI Award This award recognizes organizations that demonstrate exceptional skill and creativity in developing AI-powered tools. It celebrates those who demonstrate how machine learning can be used to solve real-world problems, improve client operations, and create new opportunities for growth. Past recipients include Darktrace and Kahn Academy.
	The Hometown Hero Award This award recognizes organizations whose business models prioritize contributions to their local communities, whether through job creation, investment, or events. It celebrates those companies that form the bedrock of local economies and foster community pride. Past recipients include Angel City Football Club and Homeboy Industries.
