Our New Policy
Please read the following policy in order to ensure that you understand the new rules!

Warner University is always focused and committed to ensuring students not only a fun and enjoyable time but a secure and safe place to be while having fun. With that comes some changes to ensure that students are safe when non-Warner students are visiting campus.

Warner University Students are now responsible to fill out this form in order to give a record of the guest in order to ensure Warner has information in case of an emergency. Students have to fill out this form in order to have their guest be on campus, if they deny to fill this out, the guest will be asked to leave campus.

Students are to fill this out only 1 time per new guest. This will allow the guest a "pass" to visit the student on campus. Though please read the following rules that pertain to the guest when visiting a student.
- Guests must always have an official form of an I.D. Faculty, Staff, and Resident Assistants have the authority to request the guest's I.D. if they do not recognize them. Failure to show I.D. will result in the removal of the guest from campus.
- Guests must always be with the Warner Student they are visiting. Guests are not be seen roaming campus without the Warner students that they are visiting. This could result in the removal of the guest from campus.
- Guests must abide by the Warner University Rules and Beliefs. Being a non-Warner student does not allow the guest to disregard Warner University policies. Failure to abide by these policies will result in removal from campus as well as a potential ban from visiting the campus.
- Guests are not allowed to stay overnight. This form is not for an overnight stay on campus. Students must fill out the "Overnight Guest Form" separately and get approval from their Resident Director ahead of time.
- The Non-Warner Student Guest form pertains to:
  - Parents
  - Siblings
  - Relatives
  - Non-Warner Friends
  - Non-Warner Significant Others
  - Any other Non-Warner visitor
- Putting false information in this form, will result in an automatic removal of the guest from campus.
