After you submit, we'll contact you to arrange an appointment. We’ll try to match your preferred date, but our schedule is busy with a short waitlist for free quote visits. Our Managing Director will send your quote within a few days after the consultation.

At Waterlillie Clark, our initial appointments are brief, lasting 10-15 minutes. For landscaping, construction, and design projects, this first meeting is about getting to know you, viewing your garden, and discussing your vision.

Afterward, we'll set up a follow-up to take measurements and send you a design questionnaire to ensure we align with your outdoor goals.
Work requirements:*
Please detail what your specific requirements are, FOR EXAMPLE - Landscaping project in rear garden, new patio, grass and fence required. Small/medium sized garden, easy access and parking, looking to complete within the next couple of months, budget approx. £10-15k
Our quote visits are typically on Monday afternoons. Please select your preferred date below, and we'll confirm a time ASAP. The next available date is Monday, 16th December (due to annual leave). For landscaping projects, we may schedule quotes on other days for detailed planning. Please note we are at capacity and have a waiting list. We will discuss timings with you on your initial enquiry.
