Homeowner Acknowledgments

I acknowledge that if this is a fence request that the "Fence, Wall, or Panel must be drawn on a plot plan, or survey sheet of my house and lot, with the fence location clearly noted" and have included it with this application.

I acknowledge that if this is a fence request that the "Details must be provided of the type of fence to be installed and its specifications. This should include: Type of material, Style of fence(attach a detail drawing or photo example), Height of fence, If other than natural look finish, paint, stain, or vinyl coated a swatch is required" and have included the information with this application.

I acknowledge that if my project requires a permit I will supply a copy to the Waterwood Architectural Review Board for final approval before work begins.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I am required to obtain Architectural Review Board (ARB) approval before making any improvements or additions to my home. I understand that a completed application and all required documents must be submitted to receive a decision. The ARB will provide a response within ten (10) business days after receiving a complete submission.
