Two Levels Available
Level 1: Limited mobility / minimal up‑down off the floor
Level 2: Comfortable with up‑down off the floor
Both levels follow the same weekly structure, just scaled for ability and comfort.
🚶 Structure
Walking Targets: Progressive weekly walking goals to build cardiovascular fitness safely and consistently.
Workouts: 3 Strength & Posture Workouts/Week
Short, effective sessions:
- Focus on posture, core stability, mobility, and overall strength
- Designed to reduce stiffness, improve alignment, and build confidence
- Minimal equipment and beginner‑friendly pacing
🧰 Required Equipment
Mini bands (Small circular bands- easily bought)
A pair or two of dumbbells
Body weight
Everything can be done in your living room, basement, or backyard.
