Gizzmo.eu replacements and refunds application

At gizzmo.eu, we try to make the replacement or refund process as simple as possible for you.

The application will take just 4-5 steps and no more than 3 minutes:

1. You'll choose a reason for replacement/refund,
2. You'll provide proof if necessary (video/photo),
3. You'll enter your Order ID, Invoice number, E-mail and Date of delivery,
4. You'll choose how you prefer the issue to be solved (replacement or refund)
