If you haven't already completed the Registration, please go back and do that before proceeding. In this next step of the registration, we will be asking you more in depth questions about you and your beliefs. This information will be used to get to know you better, not disqualify you from participating. This may take a while to answer. Unfortunately, there is not a way to save your responses to come back to later, so please be sure you have at least an hour (longer for alumni) set aside to complete this questionnaire.
To help you prepare before you start, you may be asked about the following. You may want to gather any needed information now.
- Church Information - including address, website, pastor contact
- School Information - if applicable: address & phone number
- Biographical Info - including brief biography & hobbies
- Beliefs - includes questions about your beliefs regarding certain Christian doctrine (i.e. Who is Jesus according to your understanding?)
