I understand that providing false or misleading information, including misrepresenting a disability, diagnosis, household member, or financial situation, may result in my application being denied and my family’s Member ID being terminated.
I understand that From We Can’t to We Can reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on eligibility, capacity, available resources, application accuracy, previous attendance history, and compliance with organization policies.
****I understand that I am not registered for the Christmas Social unless my application is approved and I claim my tickets using the private link sent in my approval email. I am responsible for providing a correct email address and checking my inbox, spam, and junk folders.
Photo & Media Permission: I grant permission for From We Can’t to We Can to photograph or film my child for nonprofit purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, reports to donors, and promotional materials.
I understand that From We Can't to We Can is not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost items, or incidents that occur during travel to, from, or during the event.
I understand that From We Can’t to We Can purchases gifts and prepares food, supplies, and event materials based on the number of approved attendees. A no call, no show wastes charitable funds and may prevent another family from attending.
NO CALL, NO SHOW: I understand that if my family is approved and does not attend without notifying From We Can’t to We Can before the event, my family’s Member ID will be terminated. This means my family will no longer be eligible for future events, programs, or assistance opportunities through the organization.
