- 50% Deposit within 7 days of application.
- Balance must be paid by 15th February 2026
- Applying after 15th February? Payment in full is required.
- PAYMENT INFORMATION WILL BE ON THE INVOICE.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!
1. We will no longer retain applications indefinitely.
2. Upon receipt of your application, an invoice is automatically issued.
3. Our office will followup via email or call or WhatsApp within 48 hours.
4. If your deposit is not received within 7 days after date of sign up, your application will be cancelled and you will be required to reapply.
5. Applicants must sign the event contract TAP ON THE "Terms and Conditions."
