I hereby grant and authorize Cloud Nine Omnimedia Inc (dba WedLuxe®) the right, (but not the obligation) to edit, copy, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all submitted pictures or videos taken of me, my wedding guests, or any aspect of my wedding day in conjunction with our actual names, for any lawful promotional materials including, but not limited to it’s printed magazines, websites, social networking accounts, digital communications, or press kits, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or later discovered, for as long as The Company exists. I waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which my likeness appears, including a written or electronic copy. I understand and agree that until WedLuxe has published my story or declined usage, I will not publish my wedding to my social media accounts, allow my vendors to share images of my wedding on their social accounts, or submit my story for a feature to any other media outlet. I understand that my wedding will automatically be considered for a digital feature on the WedLuxe blog and on social media if it is not selected for print publication.If and when WedLuxe does publish my wedding story, I can share images online or via social media accounts, but I will not allow other media outlets to do so in print, online, or social networking accounts.I understand and agree that I have agreed to this release without being compensated. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs or video.I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of The Company and will only be returned if the company declines usage. I hereby hold harmless and release The Company from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.
