Issue 36: Member's Form / Print Real Wedding Submissions

    For publishing consideration in WedLuxe Canada: ISSUE #36 (July Release)

  • Please Read Before Completing Your Submission

  • This form is for the exclusive use of our Canadian-based WedLuxe Print Members. It has a save and resume feature so you can save it as you go and return to it later or share it with another user.

    If you are not a member, or you're not submitting on behalf of a current member, please use the PUBLIC SUBMISSION FORM to submit the wedding story for consideration. 

    REQUIRED

    • Non-password-protected gallery. (Pictime/Smugmug/etc.) 
    • Curated gallery of no more than 300 images that are ready for print publishing.
    • For Dropbox links, place all images in a single folder.
    • We do not accept Google Drive links, WeTransfers, password-protected galleries, or galleries with subfolders.
    • Required details about the couple and their wedding day.
    • A complete, accurate list of credits with vendor roles, company names, and Instagram handles. 

      PLUS:

      We will contact the event planner and/or the couple for further details if required.

  • We seek to publish content that hasn't been widely seen or previously featured by other wedding media outlets. Please answer with full transparency in regards to where this content has already been published or shared.

  • If you're not the photographer, do you have permission from the photographer to share this gallery with WedLuxe?*

  • Photographers own copyright for their images and therefore we cannot accept galleries unless you are 100% certain that the photographer is aware of this submission and agrees to have it published on WedLuxe channels. You are legally responsible to ensure that you have the authority to grant usage for the images. 

    If you are unsure you have the necessary permission, we suggest SAVING the form now, obtaining the necessary permission, and coming back to complete the submission.

  • Understanding and Acceptance of Publisher's Terms

  • I have the authority to grant and authorize Cloud Nine Omnimedia Inc (dba WedLuxe® and WedLuxe® Experiences) the right, (but not the obligation) to edit, copy, publish, distribute, and make use of any of the photographs I am submitting for any lawful promotional materials including but not limited to its magazines, websites, social networking accounts, or digital communications.

    This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets. I waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which the images appear, including a written or electronic copy.

    I acknowledge that I have agreed to this release without being compensated. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs or video.

    I hereby hold harmless and release The Company from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my company or estate, or the company I represent.
