VOLUNTEER CODE OF ETHICS 
I understand that I am not an employee or agent of “When Millennials Gather and/or Transparency Church.” I understand “When Millennials Gather and/or Transparency Church.” I will not provide me with compensation, insurance, worker’s compensation, or any other benefit of an employee. In exchange for benefits derived from being allowed to work and participate as a volunteer at “When Millennials Gather ” in Ocala, Fl  (the “Event”) and for other good and valuable consideration, I, the undersigned, agree to forever release and discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless “When Millennials Gather,” its corporate parent and affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and subcontractors against all actions, causes of actions, claims, demands, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and court costs) and liabilities of any nature whatsoever that they or I may suffer directly or indirectly during the course of or as a result of my activities as a volunteer at this Event. I understand that this release will bind my assigns, my personal representatives, my heirs, and me.

Persons engaged in ministry with When Millennials Gather and Transparency Church as volunteers are called to high ethical conduct and personal integrity standards. Those engaged in ministry must respect the individuals whom they serve. It is expected that the volunteers will:

• Respect the dignity of each person as made in the image and likeness of God.
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries to avoid impropriety or the appearance of impropriety.
• Conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with the discipline, norms, and teachings of the church.
• Follow the policies and procedures of When Millennials Gather and Transparency Church.
• Maintain confidentiality: From time to time, volunteers will be privy to and will receive confidential information. Volunteers are not to discuss, transmit, divulge, or reproduce information in any form.
Volunteers must refrain from utilizing said information in any way, including, but not limited to, interviews or publications of any kind.
• Respect the right of all persons to a good reputation; and Church volunteers are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct, including but not limited to:
• Crimes against persons.
• Immoral conduct.
• Sexual Harassment under the law includes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
