Peer Support Navigator: Connects individuals with recovery resources, community programs, and ongoing support systems.
Peer Wellness Coach: Offers one-on-one coaching to help participants set and achieve personal wellness and recovery goals. *Must have completed Recovery Coach class through Cape Cod Community College.*
